EstatePlanner.sg (the “Service”) is operated as an estate planning referral and matching platform for Singapore residents and expats. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of EstatePlanner.sg. We are committed to handling your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

When you complete our assessment we collect: your name, email, phone number, age range, marital status, dependents, asset categories and values, current planning status, planning objectives, complexity, urgency, and budget range. We also collect basic technical data about your visit (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP, device type, UTM parameters).

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to match you with qualified estate planning professionals likely to suit your circumstances, to share your enquiry with selected professionals so they can contact you, and to improve the Service. We also use technical data to understand site usage and measure marketing performance.

4. Who we share it with

We share your enquiry only with the estate planning professionals we match you to. We may also use trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent. Email info@estateplanner.sg to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

7. Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and meet legal record-keeping obligations.
