1. Who we are

EstatePlanner.sg (the “Service”) is an estate-planning referral and matching platform for Singapore residents and expatriates. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of EstatePlanner.sg. We handle personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We are not a law firm. EstatePlanner.sg does not provide legal advice and is not an “authorised person” under the Legal Profession Act 1966. We connect consumers with third-party estate-planning providers; any legal services you ultimately receive are provided by those third parties under a separate engagement directly between you and them.

2. What we collect

When you complete our assessment we collect: your name, email, phone number, age range, marital status, dependents, asset categories and values, current planning status, planning objectives, complexity, urgency, and budget range. We also collect basic technical data about your visit (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP, device type, UTM parameters).

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to match you with qualified estate planning professionals likely to suit your circumstances, to share your enquiry with selected professionals so they can contact you, and to improve the Service. We also use technical data to understand site usage and measure marketing performance.

4. Who we share it with

By submitting our assessment you consent to us disclosing your enquiry to the matched providers in the list below. We disclose your enquiry to a provider only when the matching logic indicates they are likely to be relevant; we do not broadcast your enquiry to every listed provider.

• First Light Estate Planning Pte Ltd (firstlight.com.sg) — Singapore-based estate-planning consultancy offering will, LPA, trust and business-succession services. Not a law firm.
• Other Singapore estate-planning providers we onboard over time and list on our providers page. Any new partner appearing on that page is disclosed here within seven days of going live.

We also use trusted infrastructure providers acting on our instructions: Netlify Inc. (form intake, hosting), and the analytics provider used to measure marketing performance. These providers are bound by confidentiality and process data only to deliver the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw consent. Email info@estateplanner.sg to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

7. Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and meet legal record-keeping obligations.

8. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first at info@estateplanner.sg. If unresolved you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore at pdpc.gov.sg.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.
