By using EstatePlanner.sg (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Our service

EstatePlanner.sg is an estate planning referral and matching service for Singapore residents and expats. We connect you with qualified estate planning professionals in our panel. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. All professional services are provided by licensed practitioners in our network on their own terms.

3. No legal advice

Information on the Service is general in nature and is not legal, tax or financial advice. It does not take your specific circumstances into account. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on any matter relating to your estate.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it.

5. Third-party professionals

We do not control the conduct, quality or fees of third-party professionals introduced through the Service. Your relationship with any professional is between you and that professional, governed by their own engagement terms.

6. Fees

The Service is free for end users. We may receive a referral fee from professionals in our panel when you engage them. This does not change the fees you are charged by the professional.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, EstatePlanner.sg is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the Service or any decision you make based on information found here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual property

All content on EstatePlanner.sg is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute or scrape the content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
